Section operative July 1, 2005, pursuant to Section 11288.","effective":"2005-01-01","html":"<p>(a) The developer shall supervise, manage, and control all aspects of the offering of the time-share plan by or on behalf of the developer, including, but not limited to, promotion, advertising, contracting, and closing.
