Effective May 25, 1988.","effective":"1988-05-25","html":"<p>Notwithstanding any other provisions of this division, a licensed winegrower or brandy manufacturer may be issued and may hold an off-sale general license or a retail package off-sale beer and wine license. The issuance of these off-sale general licenses shall be subject to the pertinent provisions of Article 2 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/bpc/23815\">23815</a>) of Chapter 5 of this division.
