Repealed as of January 1, 2027, pursuant to Section 3686.","effective":"2019-01-01","html":"<p>(a) The application fee for a doctor of naturopathic medicine shall be no more than five hundred dollars ($500) and may be increased to not more than six hundred dollars ($600).</p><p>(b) The initial license fee shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) and may be increased to not more than one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200).</p><p>(c) The renewal fee for a license shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) and may be increased to not more than one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200).</p><p>(d) The late renewal fee for a license shall be two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225).</p><p>(e) The fee for processing fingerprint cards shall be the current fee charged by the Department of Justice.</p><p>(f) The fee for a duplicate or replacement license shall be thirty-eight dollars ($38).</p><p>(g) The fee for a certified license verification shall be thirty dollars ($30).</p>","text":"(a) The application fee for a doctor of naturopathic medicine shall be no more than five hundred dollars ($500) and may be increased to not more than six hundred dollars ($600).
