(SB 392)   Effective January 1, 2011.","effective":"2011-01-01","html":"<p>Notwithstanding Section <a href=\"/bpc/7068.2\">7068.2</a> or any other provision of this chapter, the disassociation of a qualifying individual from a license after the act or omission has occurred that resulted in a citation pursuant to Section <a href=\"/bpc/7099\">7099</a> shall not relieve the qualifying individual from responsibility for complying with the citation. Section <a href=\"/bpc/7122.5\">7122.5</a> shall apply to a qualifying individual of a licensee that fails to comply with a citation after it is final.</p>","text":"Notwithstanding Section 7068.2 or any other provision of this chapter, the disassociation of a qualifying individual from a license after the act or omission has occurred that resulted in a citation pursuant to Section 7099 shall not relieve the qualifying individual from responsibility for complying with the citation.
