(SB 392)   Effective January 1, 2011.","effective":"2011-01-01","html":"<p>(a) Notwithstanding Section <a href=\"/bpc/7068.2\">7068.2</a> or any other provisions of this chapter, the disassociation of a qualifying individual from a license that has been referred to arbitration pursuant to Section <a href=\"/bpc/7085\">7085</a> shall not relieve the qualifying individual from the responsibility of complying with an arbitration award rendered as a result of acts or omissions committed while acting as the qualifying individual for the license as provided under Sections <a href=\"/bpc/7068\">7068</a> and <a href=\"/bpc/7068.1\">7068.1</a>.</p><p>(b) Section <a href=\"/bpc/7122.5\">7122.5</a> shall apply to a qualifying individual of a licensee that fails to comply with an arbitration award once it is rendered.</p>","text":"(a) Notwithstanding Section 7068.2 or any other provisions of this chapter, the disassociation of a qualifying individual from a license that has been referred to arbitration pursuant to Section 7085 shall not relieve the qualifying individual from the responsibility of complying with an arbitration award rendered as a result of acts or omissions committed while acting as the qualifying individual for the license as provided under Sections 7068 and 7068.1.
