In the event the division determines that a certified asbestos consultant or site surveillance technician obtained certification under false pretenses, or that a certified asbestos consultant or site surveillance technician acted in a grossly negligent or fraudulent manner, or engaged in repeated acts of negligence, the division shall revoke that person’s certification. The division shall only revoke a certification after complying with all of the procedural requirements of Chapter 5 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/bpc/11500\">11500</a>) of Division 3 of Part 1 of Title 2 of the Government Code.</p>","text":"The division shall enforce this article.
