Effective January 1, 2008.","effective":"2008-01-01","html":"<p>(a) An applicant for a Branch 1 operator’s license shall demonstrate to the board that he or she has passed satisfactorily board-approved courses in the following areas:</p><p>(1) Pesticides.</p><p>(2) Pest identification and biology.</p><p>(3) Contract law.</p><p>(4) Rules and regulations.</p><p>(5) Business practices.</p><p>(6) Fumigation safety.</p><p>(b) An applicant for a Branch 2 operator’s license shall demonstrate to the board that he or she has passed satisfactorily board-approved courses in the following areas:</p><p>(1) Pesticides.</p><p>(2) Pest identification and biology.</p><p>(3) Contract law.</p><p>(4) Rules and regulations.</p><p>(5) Business practices.</p><p>(c) An applicant for a Branch 3 operator’s license shall demonstrate to the board that he or she has passed satisfactorily board-approved courses in the following areas:</p><p>(1) Pesticides.</p><p>(2) Pest identification and biology.</p><p>(3) Contract law.</p><p>(4) Rules and regulations.</p><p>(5) Business practices.</p><p>(6) Construction repair and preservation techniques.</p>","text":"(a) An applicant for a Branch 1 operator’s license shall demonstrate to the board that he or she has passed satisfactorily board-approved courses in the following areas: (1) Pesticides.
