Effective January 1, 2008.","effective":"2008-01-01","html":"<p>(a) This chapter shall apply to bond elections for and the issuance of bonds for school facilities improvement districts created pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/edc/15300\">15300</a>) to the extent that this chapter does not conflict with Chapter 2.
