Effective January 1, 2001.","effective":"2001-01-01","html":"<p>“Reinstatement” means the change in status with respect to the Defined Benefit Program under this part from a disabled or retired member to an active or inactive member and termination of one of the following:</p><p>(a) A service retirement allowance pursuant to Section <a href=\"/edc/24208\">24208</a>.</p><p>(b) A disability retirement allowance pursuant to Section <a href=\"/edc/24117\">24117</a>.</p><p>(c) A disability allowance pursuant to Section <a href=\"/edc/24004\">24004</a>, <a href=\"/edc/24006\">24006</a>, or <a href=\"/edc/24015\">24015</a>.</p><p>(d) A service retirement allowance or disability retirement allowance pursuant to Section <a href=\"/edc/23404\">23404</a>.</p>","text":"“Reinstatement” means the change in status with respect to the Defined Benefit Program under this part from a disabled or retired member to an active or inactive member and termination of one of the following: (a) A service retirement allowance pursuant to Section 24208.
