(AB 715)   Effective January 1, 2026.","effective":"2026-01-01","html":"<p>(a) By October 1 of each year, the department shall issue a management bulletin to all local educational agencies describing the protections, requirements, and responsibilities prescribed in Sections <a href=\"/edc/244\">244</a>, <a href=\"/edc/262.3\">262.3</a>, <a href=\"/edc/48980\">48980</a>, <a href=\"/edc/51500\">51500</a>, <a href=\"/edc/51501\">51501</a>, <a href=\"/edc/60151\">60151</a>, and <a href=\"/edc/60152\">60152</a>, and in Chapter 5 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/edc/33800\">33800</a>) of Part 20 of Division 2 of Title 2.</p><p>(b) The Superintendent, in consultation with the executive director of the state board and the Antisemitism Prevention Coordinator established pursuant to Section <a href=\"/edc/33803.1\">33803.1</a>, shall develop and maintain a distinct internet web page containing resources and information specific to antisemitism on its internet website.</p>","text":"(a) By October 1 of each year, the department shall issue a management bulletin to all local educational agencies describing the protections, requirements, and responsibilities prescribed in Sections 244, 262.3, 48980, 51500, 51501, 60151, and 60152, and in Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 33800) of Part 20 of Division 2 of Title 2.
