Effective January 1, 2006.","effective":"2006-01-01","html":"<p>A school district that adopts the provisions of this article in accordance with Section <a href=\"/edc/45222\">45222</a> or <a href=\"/edc/45224.5\">45224.5</a> shall appoint a personnel commission in the manner prescribed in Sections <a href=\"/edc/45245\">45245</a>, <a href=\"/edc/45246\">45246</a> and <a href=\"/edc/45247\">45247</a>. The personnel commission shall appoint a director in the manner provided in Section <a href=\"/edc/45264\">45264</a> after appointment of at least two members.</p>","text":"A school district that adopts the provisions of this article in accordance with Section 45222 or 45224.5 shall appoint a personnel commission in the manner prescribed in Sections 45245, 45246 and 45247.
