For an individual with exceptional needs, if a behavioral restraint or seclusion is used, the procedures for followup contained in subdivisions (e), (f), (g), and (h) of Section <a href=\"/edc/56521.1\">56521.1</a> also apply.</p><p>(b) For purposes of this section, “individual with exceptional needs” has the same meaning specified in Section <a href=\"/edc/56026\">56026</a>.</p>","text":"(a) This article applies with regard to all pupils, including individuals with exceptional needs.
