Effective January 1, 2001.","effective":"2001-01-01","html":"<p>(a) A private entity establishing a career preparatory program pursuant to this article shall not be eligible for any moneys from the state or any school district.</p><p>(b) An entity establishing a career preparatory program pursuant to Section <a href=\"/edc/52336\">52336</a> may contract for assistance in the development or administration of that program with one or more of the following:</p><p>(1) A community college district.</p><p>(2) A school district that operates an adult education program.</p><p>(3) A regional occupational center or program.</p><p>(4) Any other public career technical education program.</p>","text":"(a) A private entity establishing a career preparatory program pursuant to this article shall not be eligible for any moneys from the state or any school district.
