(AB 131)   Effective July 23, 2021.","effective":"2021-07-23","html":"<p>Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, a public or private agency, a school district, a community college district or a county superintendent of schools operating preschool facilities may enter into an agreement with the Employment Development Department that will provide an opportunity to participants in work incentive programs under Division 2 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/edc/5000\">5000</a>) of the Unemployment Insurance Code for training in child development facilities.
