Repealed as of January 1, 2028, pursuant to Section 22381.","effective":"2014-01-01","html":"<p>Notwithstanding the requirements of Section <a href=\"/fin/22102\">22102</a> and its implementing regulations, a licensee accepted to participate in the program may appoint one or more branch managers with responsibility for multiple branch locations, subject to approval by the commissioner, and a finding by the commissioner that the centralized nature of underwriting and other key business activities performed by the licensee does not require a unique manager for each branch location, to ensure the protection of consumers who seek out loans from the licensee.
