Each violation during any day shall constitute a separate offense.</p><p>(b) Every person who violates the following is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), by imprisonment of not less than 10 days nor more than six months, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
