Effective January 1, 2009.","effective":"2009-01-01","html":"<p>If the department determines that an invasive pest has entered the state and the urban aerial application of a pesticide, or a communitywide ground application of a pesticide, is the preferred eradication, control, or management response, the department shall advise the Governor and provide the Governor with a copy of the plan for that invasive pest.
