The qualifications of a producer member, grower-handler member, and an alternate producer or grower-handler member shall be maintained during the entire term of office.</p><p>(b) Any shipper member or his or her alternate shall be an individual or an employee representing a shipper who has a financial interest in handling cherries for market or processing.
