(AB 958)   Effective January 1, 2016.","effective":"2016-01-01","html":"<p>Consistent with Section <a href=\"/fgc/8041\">8041</a> of the Fish and Game Code, the following persons shall remit the fees required by subdivision (a) of Section <a href=\"/fac/76900\">76900</a> to the secretary:</p><p>(a) Any person who is required to be licensed as a fish receiver by Section <a href=\"/fgc/8033\">8033</a> of the Fish and Game Code, and receives salmon in this state from persons conducting the activities of a commercial fisherman.</p><p>(b) Any commercial fisherman licensed pursuant to Section <a href=\"/fgc/8033.5\">8033.5</a> of the Fish and Game Code who sells salmon to the ultimate consumer.</p>","text":"Consistent with Section 8041 of the Fish and Game Code, the following persons shall remit the fees required by subdivision (a) of Section 76900 to the secretary: (a) Any person who is required to be licensed as a fish receiver by Section 8033 of the Fish and Game Code, and receives salmon in this state from persons conducting the activities of a commercial fisherman.
