If the petition is approved by a two-thirds vote of the members of the commission, the secretary shall conduct an implementation vote of the producers from those counties in accordance with Article 5 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/fac/78270\">78270</a>).</p><p>(b) If the secretary certifies a favorable vote, all producers from those counties shall be subject to this chapter.</p>","text":"(a) Producers in counties that are not subject to this chapter may petition the commission to be subject to this chapter.
