(SB 1)   Effective April 28, 2017.","effective":"2017-04-28","html":"<p>As of June 30, 2017, projects in Section <a href=\"/gov/14556.40\">14556.40</a> for the Traffic Congestion Relief Program shall be deemed complete and final, and funding levels shall be based on actual amounts requested by the designated lead applicant pursuant to Section <a href=\"/gov/14556.12\">14556.12</a>. Projects without approved applications in accordance with Section <a href=\"/gov/14556.12\">14556.12</a> shall no longer be eligible for program funding.
