Effective January 1, 2009.","effective":"2009-01-01","html":"<p>If a statute appropriates more than fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) for the purposes of this chapter in a fiscal year, then Section <a href=\"/gov/16265.4\">16265.4</a> shall not apply to the allocation of that amount of money which is greater than fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000).
