(SB 239)   Effective January 1, 2016.","effective":"2016-01-01","html":"<p>“Application” means any of the following:</p><p>(a) A resolution of application or petition initiating a change of organization or reorganization with supporting documentation as required by the commission or executive officer.</p><p>(b) A request for a sphere of influence amendment or update pursuant to Section <a href=\"/gov/56425\">56425</a>.</p><p>(c) A request by a city or district for commission approval of an extension of services outside the agency’s jurisdictional boundaries pursuant to Section <a href=\"/gov/56133\">56133</a>.</p><p>(d) A request by a public agency for commission approval of an extension of services outside the agency’s jurisdictional boundaries pursuant to Section <a href=\"/gov/56134\">56134</a>.</p>","text":"“Application” means any of the following: (a) A resolution of application or petition initiating a change of organization or reorganization with supporting documentation as required by the commission or executive officer.
