Effective January 1, 2001.","effective":"2001-01-01","html":"<p>Proceedings for a special reorganization shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures otherwise prescribed for incorporation of a city, including, but not limited to, the provisions specified in Sections <a href=\"/gov/56720\">56720</a>, <a href=\"/gov/56800\">56800</a>, <a href=\"/gov/56810\">56810</a>, and <a href=\"/gov/56815\">56815</a>. Notwithstanding any other provision of this division, an election, if required, shall be conducted in accordance with Sections <a href=\"/gov/57119\">57119</a> and <a href=\"/gov/57132.5\">57132.5</a>.</p>","text":"Proceedings for a special reorganization shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures otherwise prescribed for incorporation of a city, including, but not limited to, the provisions specified in Sections 56720, 56800, 56810, and 56815.
