(AB 2)   Effective January 1, 2016.","effective":"2016-01-01","html":"<p>As used in this division, the following terms have the following meanings:</p><p>(a) “Authority” means the Community Revitalization and Investment Authority created pursuant to this division.</p><p>(b) “Plan” means a community revitalization and investment plan and shall be deemed to be the plan described in Section <a href=\"/gov/16\">16</a> of Article XVI of the California Constitution.</p><p>(c) “Plan area” means territory included within a community revitalization and investment area.</p><p>(d) “Revitalization project” means a physical improvement to real property funded by the authority.</p>","text":"As used in this division, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) “Authority” means the Community Revitalization and Investment Authority created pursuant to this division.
