Conditionally inoperative as provided in Stats. 2017, Ch. 371, Sec. 4.","effective":"2018-01-01","html":"<p>If a city, county, or city and county reduces the density of sites within the district from the levels required pursuant to paragraph (3) of subdivision (b) of Section <a href=\"/gov/66201\">66201</a>, the city, county, or city and county shall return the full amount of zoning incentive payments it has received under this chapter to the department.
