Effective January 1, 2002.","effective":"2002-01-01","html":"<p>Not later than five days after a city or county has determined that a tentative map application for a proposed subdivision, as defined in Section <a href=\"/gov/66473.7\">66473.7</a>, is complete pursuant to Section <a href=\"/gov/65943\">65943</a>, the local agency shall send a copy of the application to any water supplier that is, or may become, a public water system, as defined in Section <a href=\"/wat/10912\">10912</a> of the Water Code, that may supply water for the subdivision.</p>","text":"Not later than five days after a city or county has determined that a tentative map application for a proposed subdivision, as defined in Section 66473.7, is complete pursuant to Section 65943, the local agency shall send a copy of the application to any water supplier that is, or may become, a public water system, as defined in Section 10912 of the Water Code, that may supply water for the subdivision.","otherVersions":[],"url":"https://blackletter.si/government-code/review-of-tentative-map-by-other-agencies-66455-3","source":"California Legislative Information bulk export (pubinfo)"}
