(SB 113)   Effective January 1, 2010.","effective":"2010-01-01","html":"<p>(a) The appropriations limit of a city incorporated on or after January 1, 1990, shall be determined pursuant to Section <a href=\"/gov/56812\">56812</a>.</p><p>(b) The appropriations limit of a special district formed on or after January 1, 1988, shall be determined pursuant to Section <a href=\"/gov/56811\">56811</a> and approved by the voters at the formation election.</p><p>(c) The appropriations limit of a county formed on or after January 1, 1988, shall be determined pursuant to Section <a href=\"/gov/23332\">23332</a> and approved by the voters at the formation election.</p>","text":"(a) The appropriations limit of a city incorporated on or after January 1, 1990, shall be determined pursuant to Section 56812. (b) The appropriations limit of a special district formed on or after January 1, 1988, shall be determined pursuant to Section 56811 and approved by the voters at the formation election.
