Operative January 1, 2023, pursuant to Sec. 7931.000.","effective":"2022-01-01","html":"<p>(a) This division does not require disclosure of a record of the California Victim Compensation Board that relates to a request for assistance under Article 1 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/gov/13950\">13950</a>) of Chapter 5 of Part 4 of Division 3 of Title 2.</p><p>(b) This section shall not apply to a disclosure of the following information, if no information is disclosed that connects the information to a specific victim, derivative victim, or applicant under Article 1 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/gov/13950\">13950</a>) of Chapter 5 of Part 4 of Division 3 of Title 2:</p><p>(1) The amount of money paid to a specific provider of services.</p><p>(2) Summary data concerning the types of crimes for which assistance is provided. </p>","text":"(a) This division does not require disclosure of a record of the California Victim Compensation Board that relates to a request for assistance under Article 1 (commencing with Section 13950) of Chapter 5 of Part 4 of Division 3 of Title 2.
