Effective May 7, 1993.","effective":"1993-05-07","html":"<p>Notwithstanding Section <a href=\"/gov/19572\">19572</a>, if the State Personnel Board determines that there is a reasonable basis for an alleged violation, or finds an actual violation of Section <a href=\"/gov/8547.3\">8547.3</a> or <a href=\"/gov/19683\">19683</a>, it shall transmit a copy of the investigative report to the State Auditor.
