Effective January 1, 2002.","effective":"2002-01-01","html":"<p>“Pilot” means any of the following:</p><p>(a) Any person licensed under the authority of this division to pilot vessels other than an inland pilot. </p><p>(b) Any person licensed as a bar pilot for the Bays of San Francisco, San Pablo, and Suisun prior to January 1, 1985. </p><p>(c) Any existing inland pilot who becomes a pilot pursuant to Section <a href=\"/hnc/1141\">1141</a>.</p><p>(d) Any pilot licensed pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section <a href=\"/hnc/1171\">1171</a>.</p>","text":"“Pilot” means any of the following: (a) Any person licensed under the authority of this division to pilot vessels other than an inland pilot.
