(SB 941)   Effective January 1, 2015.","effective":"2015-01-01","html":"<p>(a) On or before January 1, 2018, the division shall develop a vessel operator card to be issued pursuant to this article.</p><p>(b) The division shall issue, or cause to be issued, a vessel operator card to a person who provides the division with proof that the person has passed a vessel operator examination approved by the division or a vessel operator course that includes an examination and is approved by the division pursuant to Section <a href=\"/hnc/668.1\">668.1</a> or <a href=\"/hnc/668.3\">668.3</a>.</p><p>(c) A vessel operator card shall be valid for the life of the person to whom it is issued.</p>","text":"(a) On or before January 1, 2018, the division shall develop a vessel operator card to be issued pursuant to this article.
