Effective January 1, 1996.","effective":"1996-01-01","html":"<p>A valid registration as an environmental health specialist under this article shall only be issued to a person who has:</p><p>(a) Met the applicable education and experience requirements. </p><p>(b) Successfully passed the examination for registration. </p><p>(c) Submitted a complete application in accordance with Section <a href=\"/hsc/106630\">106630</a>. </p><p>(d) Paid the fees required in Section <a href=\"/hsc/106700\">106700</a>. </p><p>(e) Not committed acts specified in subdivision (a) of Section <a href=\"/hsc/106715\">106715</a>. </p>","text":"A valid registration as an environmental health specialist under this article shall only be issued to a person who has: (a) Met the applicable education and experience requirements.
