Effective January 1, 2001.","effective":"2001-01-01","html":"<p>(a) The fee for examination and investigation for an exemptee license under Section <a href=\"/hsc/111656.4\">111656.4</a> shall be one hundred dollars ($100). </p><p>(b) The fee for an exemptee license and annual renewal under Section <a href=\"/hsc/111656.4\">111656.4</a> shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150). </p><p>(c) The fee for registration as an out-of-state home medical device retail facility or as the principal or agent of an out-of-state home medical device retail facility shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150). </p>","text":"(a) The fee for examination and investigation for an exemptee license under Section 111656.4 shall be one hundred dollars ($100).
