(AB 1130)   Effective January 1, 2024.","effective":"2024-01-01","html":"<p>Notwithstanding the provisions of Section <a href=\"/hsc/11217\">11217</a>, a licensed physician and surgeon may treat a person with substance use disorder for addiction in any office or medical facility which, in the professional judgment of the physician and surgeon, is medically proper for the rehabilitation and treatment of the person.
