Effective January 1, 2005.","effective":"2005-01-01","html":"<p>For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:</p><p>(a) “Health care facility” means a skilled nursing facility as defined in subdivision (c) of Section <a href=\"/hsc/1250\">1250</a>, an intermediate care facility as defined in subdivision (d) of Section <a href=\"/hsc/1250\">1250</a>, or a nursing facility as defined in subdivision (k) of Section <a href=\"/hsc/1250\">1250</a>.
