Effective January 1, 2009.","effective":"2009-01-01","html":"<p>The following definitions shall govern the construction of this article, unless the context requires otherwise:</p><p>(a) “Program” means a Public School Health Center Support Program.</p><p>(b) “School health center” means a center or program, located at or near a local educational agency, that provides age-appropriate health care services at the program site or through referrals. A school health center may conduct routine physical, mental health, and oral health assessments, and provide referrals for any services not offered onsite.
