(AB 116)   Effective June 30, 2025.","effective":"2025-06-30","html":"<p>The Legislature finds and declares that Sections <a href=\"/hsc/19\">19</a> and 29 of this act, which add Sections <a href=\"/hsc/1385.0011\">1385.0011</a> and <a href=\"/hsc/1385.0021\">1385.0021</a>, respectively, to the Health and Safety Code, impose a limitation on the public’s right of access to the meetings of public bodies or the writings of public officials and agencies within the meaning of Section <a href=\"/hsc/3\">3</a> of Article I of the California Constitution.
