Operative July 1, 2000, or sooner, by Sec. 214 of Ch. 525.","effective":"2000-01-01","html":"<p>Except as provided for in Section <a href=\"/hsc/1394.1\">1394.1</a>, and <a href=\"/hsc/1394.2\">1394.2</a>, the involuntary dissolution of a health care service plan shall be in accordance with either of the following:</p><p>(a) Chapter 18 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/hsc/1800\">1800</a>) of Division 1 of Title 1 of the Corporations Code, if the plan is incorporated under the General Corporation Law.</p><p>(b) Chapter 15 (commencing with Section 8510) of Part 3 of Division 2 of Title 1 of the Corporations Code if the plan is incorporated under the Nonprofit Corporation Law.</p>","text":"Except as provided for in Section 1394.1, and 1394.2, the involuntary dissolution of a health care service plan shall be in accordance with either of the following: (a) Chapter 18 (commencing with Section 1800) of Division 1 of Title 1 of the Corporations Code, if the plan is incorporated under the General Corporation Law.
