Effective January 1, 2002.","effective":"2002-01-01","html":"<p>(a) The program shall require compliance with any judgment or order for support prior to issuance or renewal of a license. </p><p>(b) Each applicant for the issuance or renewal of a nursing home administrator license, who is not in compliance with a judgment or order for support shall be subject to Section 11350.6 of the Welfare and Institutions Code. </p><p>(c) “Compliance with a judgment or order of support” has the same meaning as specified in paragraph (4) of subdivision (a) of Section 11350.6 of the Welfare and Institutions Code. </p>","text":"(a) The program shall require compliance with any judgment or order for support prior to issuance or renewal of a license.
