Effective January 1, 1996.","effective":"1996-01-01","html":"<p>(a) “Conditional authorization” means a provision of this chapter, including, but not limited to, Section <a href=\"/hsc/25200.3\">25200.3</a>, which provides that a person or activity is deemed to be operating pursuant to a grant of authorization, as required pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section <a href=\"/hsc/25201\">25201</a>, if the person or activity meets the requirements of that provision. </p><p>(b) “Conditional exemption” means a provision of this chapter, including, but not limited to, Sections <a href=\"/hsc/25144.6\">25144.6</a>, <a href=\"/hsc/25201.5\">25201.5</a>, 25201.5.1, <a href=\"/hsc/25201.8\">25201.8</a>, and <a href=\"/hsc/25201.13\">25201.13</a>, which provides that a person or activity is exempted from, or is otherwise not subject to, the requirement to obtain a hazardous waste facilities permit or other grant of authorization if the person or activity meets the requirements of that provision. </p>","text":"(a) “Conditional authorization” means a provision of this chapter, including, but not limited to, Section 25200.3, which provides that a person or activity is deemed to be operating pursuant to a grant of authorization, as required pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 25201, if the person or activity meets the requirements of that provision.
