(AB 148)   Effective July 22, 2021.","effective":"2021-07-22","html":"<p>(a) Where a stationary source has one or more covered processes, and is subject to the requirements of Article 1 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/hsc/25500\">25500</a>) for the same substance, compliance with this article shall be deemed compliance with Article 1 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/hsc/25500\">25500</a>) for that substance, to the extent not inconsistent with federal law and with Article 1 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/hsc/25500\">25500</a>).</p><p>(b) Any stationary source that relies on subdivision (a) for compliance with the applicable requirements of Article 1 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/hsc/25500\">25500</a>) shall annually submit to the unified program agency a statement that the stationary source has made no changes required to be reported pursuant to Article 1 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/hsc/25500\">25500</a>), or identifying all reportable changes.</p>","text":"(a) Where a stationary source has one or more covered processes, and is subject to the requirements of Article 1 (commencing with Section 25500) for the same substance, compliance with this article shall be deemed compliance with Article 1 (commencing with Section 25500) for that substance, to the extent not inconsistent with federal law and with Article 1 (commencing with Section 25500).
