The covenant required by subdivision (a) of Section <a href=\"/hsc/34332\">34332</a> shall incorporate the regulations adopted pursuant to Section <a href=\"/hsc/36071\">36071</a>, rather than the State Housing Law, Part 1.5 (commencing with Section <a href=\"/hsc/17910\">17910</a>) of Division 13, and the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, if the lease is made subsequent to the effective date of the regulations adopted pursuant to Section <a href=\"/hsc/36071\">36071</a>.</p>","text":"Within its area of operation and with reference to farm labor centers, a housing authority shall comply with the provisions of Sections 34331, 34332, and 34333.
