(SB 124)   Effective January 1, 2010.","effective":"2010-01-01","html":"<p>The regulations described in Section <a href=\"/hsc/39641\">39641</a> may be enforced by the state board, peace officers, as defined in Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 830) of Title 3 of the Penal Code, and their respective law enforcement agencies’ authorized representatives, and the air districts.
