Effective January 1, 2007.","effective":"2007-01-01","html":"<p>As used in this chapter:</p><p>(a) “HOME” means the HOME Investment Partnership Act as enacted in Title II of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act.</p><p>(b) “Local agency,” as defined in Section <a href=\"/hsc/50077\">50077</a>, shall also mean “units of local government,” as defined in Section 92.2, Subpart A of Part 92 of Subtitle A of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations.</p><p>(c) “Community housing development organizations” means the nonprofit organizations described in Section 92.300, Subpart G of Part 92 of Subtitle A of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations.</p><p>(d) “Housing sponsor” shall have the same meaning as defined in Section <a href=\"/hsc/50074\">50074</a>.</p>","text":"As used in this chapter: (a) “HOME” means the HOME Investment Partnership Act as enacted in Title II of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act.
