Effective July 15, 1993.","effective":"1993-07-15","html":"<p>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any rental housing development which is financed from mortgages insured pursuant to this part is exempt from both of the following:</p><p>(a) Any local government prohibitions against condominium conversion any time after 10 years from the date a certificate of occupancy is issued.
