Operative January 1, 2024, pursuant to Sec. 4 of Stats. 2022, Ch. 257.","effective":"2023-01-01","html":"<p>(a) The agency may adopt regulations to implement this chapter pursuant to this section.</p><p>(b) (1) The regulations adopted to implement this chapter shall be deemed to be emergency regulations for purposes of Section <a href=\"/gov/11346.1\">11346.1</a> of the Government Code.</p><p>(2) Notwithstanding the time period specified in subdivision (e) of Section <a href=\"/gov/11346.1\">11346.1</a> of the Government Code, those emergency regulations may remain in effect for up to 180 days.</p>","text":"(a) The agency may adopt regulations to implement this chapter pursuant to this section.
