That certification shall be effective for a period of 24 months.</p><p>(e) The commissioner shall require thirty-seven dollars ($37), in advance, as a fee for filing an application for certification of a continuing education course, program, or seminar pursuant to Section <a href=\"/ins/1749.3\">1749.3</a> and Section <a href=\"/ins/1749.32\">1749.32</a>. That certification shall be effective for a period of 24 months.</p><p>(f) The commissioner shall require fourteen dollars ($14), in advance, as a fee for filing an application to renew certification of a continuing education course, program, or seminar pursuant to Section <a href=\"/ins/1749.3\">1749.3</a> and Section <a href=\"/ins/1749.32\">1749.32</a>.
