(AB 2884)   Effective January 1, 2017.","effective":"2017-01-01","html":"<p>Except as provided in Sections <a href=\"/ins/1669\">1669</a> and <a href=\"/ins/1738\">1738</a>, the commissioner shall not deny, suspend, or revoke any license, issued under this article, without first granting a hearing, upon reasonable notice to the applicant or licensee, except that he may temporarily suspend a license for a period not exceeding 15 days pending the hearing.
