Notwithstanding Section <a href=\"/ins/742.36\">742.36</a>, each holder of a certificate of compliance of indefinite term shall owe and pay an annual fee of four hundred twenty-four dollars ($424), in advance, on account of the certificate until final expiration. In addition, each holder of a certificate of compliance of indefinite term shall owe and pay an annual fee of four hundred twenty dollars ($420) for filing of financial information.
